Cerritos, California – In order to better communicate with customers and end users, International Coatings™ has expanded its presence on the Internet to include a “Facebook” page. Customers are welcome to interact, exchange ideas, find out about new products and learn about new techniques that are posted.
“Over the years we receive many inquiries about different techniques we showcase at shows and questions about printing dilemmas some customers encounter,” says Juke Leman, International Coatings’ Director of Marketing. “The ‘Facebook’ forum allows us to communicate better with our customers, inform them of upcoming events, and allows us to receive feedback directly from those who are using our products.”
Currently, International Coatings’ Facebook page features its most popular “how-to” screen printing techniques, solutions to its most frequently asked questions about screen printing and news about upcoming events. Visitors do not have to sign in or have a Facebook account to view the public pages.
