Ed Branigan, our Print Applications Manager, came up with this special effects look. For this particular design, only one screen was used.
• Apply IC’s 3809 FX Clear using 110 mesh screen and 200 micron capillary film.
• Add caviar beads by hand while the adhesive is wet.
• Cure at 330° F for 1 minute.
• Apply silver foil on top of the caviar beads and quickly (1 second) apply the foil with a heat transfer machine. Hot peel the foil and voila!
