Print A Colorful Image Using Only 4 Screens

This is one of our favorite techniques for printing a multi-color, vibrant image using only 4 screens. It simulates the 4-color process technique but using fluorescent colors. Watch the video on how simply it's done.

We chose this particular art for its varying colors and detail. The leaves of the tree were separated using 55-line halftones and were printed through a 250 mesh. The black trunk and branches were printed using a 156 mesh screen.

• UltraMix® Fluorescent Lemon Yellow 7529, 250 mesh -

• UltraMix® Fluorescent Blue 7523, 250 mesh -

• UltraMix® Fluorescent Magenta 7519, 250 mesh -

• Ultimate Black™ 717, 156 mesh -

• Cure at 320°F (160°C) for about 1 minute
